Light Glare
Light glare is the culprit of many non paranormal anomolies.
Anyone who wants to capture any strange things on photos should get into the habit of playing around with their cameras, and try to get to know any flaws that are often mistaken as things being caused by paranormal means.

Be sceptical of all photos taken in with any bright source of light nearby, and try not to take any photos in the sun or any light's direction.

Also make sure that no light falls directly on your camera's lens.

Take a few photos of the same area or view, if the anomoly seems to be in most or all of the pictures, it's probably not caused by paranormal means.

Here's a few examples:

The Perfect Ghost?

Everyone's dream, a ghost who vacuums? Unfortunately no... this is caused by sun glare.

Another example of sun glare. This pic seems pretty obvious, however if you just saw part of the picture and not the source, you might think it's something interesting.

Vortex?

Vortex come to get the cat? No just the sun.

Ectoplasm?

Light can also cause an ectoplasmic type image.
